Each item on EduGorilla Publication contains shipping information associated with the respective item. This information tells you how quickly items are likely to be ready to leave our warehouses.

We, at EduGorilla Publication, have hired the best shipping services but due to unavoidable circumstances, it may get delayed. In case of a delay of a product, customers can drop a message informing us about the delay, we’ll let them know about its status. The sole responsibility lies with the shipping company to deliver, however, we make complaints to the shipping service providers on behalf of customers, if we find any complaints from our customers.

The time period to ship an item, when the merchandise is available at our local warehouses is 3 – 7 business days. But we always try to do it before that time. Sometimes it may happen that some item isn’t available, we courier it as and when it’s available in our warehouse and we bear the additional charges.

Shipping charges depend on the no of items purchased per order number. We however have waived off shipping charges for domestic orders valuing more than Rs. 300/.

For international couriers, we only charge shipping costs but the duties and taxes of any other nature, if applicable, are to be borne by the customer. We do not take responsibility for those duties or taxes as it differs from country to country.

In Case You Found Any Damaged / Defective Product
If an item ordered by you on EduGorilla Publication is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please mail us at [email protected] for a replacement. We’ll guide you about how to return the product to us for a replacement.

To provide you with a worry-free shopping experience on https://publication.edugorilla.com. Within 3 months of the exam date, you may return any item in its original packaging, for a refund, i.e., up to 20 % of total billing (Minimum order value must be Rs 10,000 to avail of this offer).

Note: This option is available only for Seller/ Wholesalers/ Dealer/ Shopkeepers.

When returning a product, simply write the reason for the return in a note, place the item and note with the order number in a secure package, affix our address note, and send it to us via a reputable shipping service. Return consignments should be paid and delivered to our warehouse with GR, Debit Notes on mail.

How & When Will I Get My Refund?
We will start the refund procedure as soon as we receive your shipment with the merchandise inside. The original payment method(s) used to purchase the order will be used to get the refund. You’ll receive your refund in 7 to 10 days.
